Is this struck through grease? Obverse and Reverse are the same but with a chip in the reverse. Also, weight fluctuates from 5.310-5.308.

You’re correct, it is extremely damaged, by fire. It is what is known as a campfire coin.
Also that is not a chip on the reverse, that is the result of one the bubbles caused by
heat to burst and expose the inner core.
Still worth 25 cents though.
Kool, thanks. I have a presidential dollar with the same warped look but it’s has rainbow toning on both sides.
Damage as mentioned. You might need to calibrate your scale or get a new one if the weight is different for the same coin.
