PCGS -WEBSITE FOR BOTH SUBMISSIONS AND REGISTRY - CANNOT GET INTO SITE FOR WEEKS

I spoke with Tristan who works in the Registry section of PCGS and both Tristan and his supervisor could not get into my account. Tristan said he would forward the problem to IT dept, but I have not heard anything in almost two weeks and I cannot call them any longer. I think there is a much bigger problem here and I think it is effecting so many PCGS members that I cannot get anyone to call me back, e-mail me etc... Let me know what you all think. Thanks, Tom

  • Hi Tom, thanks for sharing. Not being able to access your account would be SO frustrating and I hope by now it's been resolved. I've had problems with the set registry too. Mistakes are being made and emails aren't answered. My ongoing issue is that I requested and was granted a new set composite but then the PCGS IT guys (I assume) gave it an incorrect title, different to what PCGS itself had agreed to. I emailed set registry admin on July 17 and have not yet had a reply. Another issue is the disappearance of TrueView images from sets, which is the subject of another post on this forum. And it's not the first time this has happened. I pay PCGS to have my new coins reholdered with TrueView if they don't already have it. As I'm in Australia, this is extra-costly and it takes 5-6 months for their return via an authorised agent. So, it's particularly frustrating when those images disappear. Best wishes, Martin
