What can you tell me about this Guinea-Bissau 1933 5-cent? In-hand, looks close to gem...

I would grade it red-brown and probably MS-64 with a gem obverse but a few carbon spots on the reverse. Thanks.

    Looks not to have a lot of lustre and these type of alloys do not anyway. Don't be surprised at a 63 but personally from photos I would go with a 64.
