Are your coins graded? To get that kind of money it would need to be professionally graded. It is very rare to get graded that high, thus the high price.
Silver bicentennial sets are plentiful and inexpensive.

Post in the buyer, sell, trade area. You'll do better there 😉
They sell for little more than the silver content of the coins. That app is grossly misleading you on the price. You might get $18 for the complete set.

Even if the coin were professionally graded, it wouldn’t bring anywhere near that kind of money.
The $19,200 “Price” was the auction record for a PCGS MS69 example which sold back in 2019. At that time, the PCGS population was only 3. Another example sold for $6600 in 2021 by which time, the population had increased to 6 (where it stand now).
The PCGS population for all grades combined is more than 14,000 and the large majority of them are worth less than $20.

Sorry, my budget for this set is only $16,500.
As stated above, no real value there. You can get them on the cheap.
I needed a set for my 7070. Got these already graded examples recently for $60.
Lest it serve to confuse, your three coins are graded 69, but they're also proofs. The OP's coin and the info he pulled up is for a business strike. As @MFeld pointed out, while the MS69 may not be worth $19k+ anymore, it is going to be far more valuable than a PR69.
EDIT: OP just showed his coins and they ARE proofs. I had in mind the business strike photo in the OP and wasn't remembering that it was part of the price guide screenshot. My comment above no longer stands.
They’re not graded but silver “S.” Never been in circulation. The plastic cases they’re in don’t do them justice but I don’t want to pull them out and touch them.
It’s a nice memento of the US bicentennial but as stated, just not worth much. I have a set that I preordered when they first introduced them when I was 14.
That is the proof set, not the business strike set.
Paper money eventually returns to its intrinsic value. Zero. Voltaire. Ebay coinbowlllc
Worth $18 to $25.
Those are very common. Look on ebay
