Babe Ruth & Lou Gehrig uncatalogued card from the 1930s?

I recently purchased this oddity. It's about 2x3" and pictures Lou Gehrig shaking Babe Ruth's hand as he crosses home plate following one of Babe's home runs hit on opening day (April 12) of 1932. Babe hit two home runs that day, whereas Lou hit only one. Could this be an undocumented card from the early 1930s? It appears that the back of the card has been removed. Any input will be much appreciated.
