Mickey Mantle "Action Pictures" 1956 or 1960?

When I search this on eBay, I see that PSA has graded the item as 1956 and also as 1960. Which is it?

Always looking for Mantle cards such as Stahl Meyer, 1954 Dan Dee, 1959 Bazooka, 1960 Post, 1952 Star Cal Decal, 1952 Tip Top Bread Labels, 1953-54 Briggs Meat, and other Topps, Bowman, and oddball Mantles.

    The same photo was issued multiple years. There appears to be wider border on one.

    PSA labels the 56 as the actual photo paper version. Better resolution photo.
    See how you can actually see the outline of Mick's hat in the 56...
    Granted, some existing graded examples show the 60 as a 56...

    Thanks for the input. And I notice the shadow of his knuckles on the right photo touch the border, but the shadow of the knuckles on the left do not.
