Ebay PSA 10 card Damage help

I know from experience, that Ebay will not help me as a buyer. But somehow from the original pictures that were fine, and this card getting to me, there are scratches on it. One, unless I'm being crazy, looks like it's on the card. What should I do? Thanks in advance. Sent pics to PSa to verify if there was fraud, or could recognize if the card is scracthed or just the case, and I can send in for a new one.

It’s not visible in the secure scan. If you don’t want it you can most likely return it under money back guarantee saying it has a defect. PSA looks at a card like that for less than a minute. They miss stuff.
Ebay has screwed me before, told me print lines that werent shown in seller's pictures, were completely fine even though it obviously changes the value of the card, and wouldn't let me return. I just wish i could tell if that mark is on the case or card. It's weird, but i thin the hair trapped inside alone could get me a free reholder if so.
Because it does not show on the PSA or auction pics, even with contrast adjustments, and from what looks like a reflection of the line on the left in the holo, I'm inclined to think this is on the case. So either damaged by the seller, or by authentication....
Of course if it was on the card, you'd just open a CRC ticket, send it in, and then PSA would cut you a check for the difference in new grade/value and what you paid.
Appreciate the resposne. yeah. Crazy. But also on the right a small like hair is under the case you dont see on the original scan. So weird. Like, what went down, before it got to me? Ha.
