2019 “War in the Pacific” Quarter – Multi-Error? Strike-Through, Doubling, and Copper Tint

Hi everyone,

I found this 2019 America the Beautiful “War in the Pacific” quarter that seems to have multiple mint errors:

Obverse strike-through (possible grease-filled die)

Apparent doubling on select lettering and design elements

Copper tint/exposed core – possible missing outer clad layer

I’ve attached:

Full obverse

Full reverse

Close-up of error area

I’m trying to determine:

Are these genuine mint errors or post-mint damage?

If genuine, what type(s) of error would this be classified as?

Would this be worth sending to PCGS/NGC for error attribution?

Any insight from experienced error collectors would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance,
Aaron Nicholson
