Topps Living HOF'ers still missing

I am a Cardinals team set collector. Part of my collection involves the Topps Lving set.

I have noticed they do a lot of rookies and a lot of modern veteran players and a lot of hometown hero type of players that were very good but are not Hall of Famers. And then they have cards of Hall of Famers. For the life of me I cannot figure out why Lou Brock has not been included yet?

For instance, this week they added Jason Kendall. Nice player, but not close to a HOF'er.

Willie McGee would be a nice Cardinals comparison. He is still very popular in Cardinals fandom. I don't think he has been included.

Are there any other obvious choices that you have noticed that have been left out so far?
