Good afternoon all! Is this an error 1942 ¼ Rupee?

I found a can of all these different coins from other countries and this one seem to look like either double die/strike or something close to it. For some reason I cannot pick it up on regular camera, but through a magnifying glass I can see it clearly. I sincerely appreciate your expert opinions and thank you for responding.

    Welcome to the forum

    That is Mechanical / Machine Doubling, not a Doubled Die.
    Also a DD is a variety, not an error, big difference.
