Can Anyone Identify Where This is From?

Hello,
We have a Jackie Robinson item that we cannot find anything about. We do not know if this is part of a set of cards, if it was issued as a panel, or if it was meant to be cut into individual cards. The top looks like it was cut off as though there is not an even top border. There is no writing on the back and we are wondering if this could have been meant for a distributor like the 1949 Gulf Station cards, to print their own information. We do not know if they are related to that, but it is just an example of the possible use of a blank back. The panel measures approximately 10 1/8" long and just short of 3" tall. It is on a light weight card stock and definitely shows age. There is damage to the Robin Roberts portion, most visible on the back. We notice that the Allie Reynolds 1949 Bowman card is a pretty close match to the photo in our piece. All 4 players played part of their careers in the 1940's and played up to at least the mid to late 1950's. Can you help us identify this strip? The image link is below. Any info would be very much appreciated.
Thank you very much.!
