The "Art Toned" 1959 material was pulled directly out of sealed US Mint Proof Sets by myself. The 1945-D/D Merc I do not understand. The 1960-D "Art Toned" quarter was once in a problem free NGC holder and since I wanted it with a True View and I was sending so much raw material in, I cracked it out and also sent it in raw. Ugh, lots of money being lost in this fire sale just to get rid of this stuff that has built up over the years.
