I often wondered why I never started that series. As a kid, I would see them in circulation from time-to-time and get them as payment on collection day from my paper route. They were always in such bad condition even back then.
When you see nice Buffalo's like this, makes you wonder how and where they were protected and tucked away somewhere for so many years. Nice coin! 👍

Agreed something about the buff just attracts me. Im trying to put together a nice High end collection of them
@Gothat3rs, nice choice and nice looking Buffalo. Also, one of my favorite new series. Just purchased a similar coin, but in a 65 grade. Any others that you’ve acquired recently? Or is this the first?
A real nice coin and the closest I've seen to a full strike for the 13-S TY1. Usually, this date is unevenly struck and clashed. The top feather is fully struck, and the coin has bold central details.
Black Diamonds head is the only area that is not fully struck up.
This coin has to be one of the first off the dies, and the grade is very well deserved.

First higher priced one, I just grabbed a 1913 66 d but Im gonna sell it and try to get a 67 i think. But the next one im eyeing is a ms 61 or 62 3 leg
Very nice Buff. Extremely nice. Good luck with your collecting. Would love to see the D(T1 or T2).
Still have my 1st collection from late 50's-60's, mostly from change and mostly ag/g. Actually when my 1st grandchild was born, I gave it to her along with a small fireproof storage box. Not worth much but is to me and hopefully to her.
Thanks for sharing.

It's a beautiful coin.
When I start an album, the goal is always.......can I complete the set? I always thought to myself, is a complete set of Buff's doable in the condition I like and can afford. I never thought it could be reachable in my case.

That’s really nice!
I have a scarce type two from 1913, I need a nice type one.
The type one is prettier in my opinion the mound is just more aesthetically pleasing.

Very nice type 1.
Beautiful coin. It has a nice TrueView that shows the luster, strike, and color.
