These were both out of an original roll, we sent in more than a roll. Actually, I think there were like two rolls…

Regardless, they were really nice, and I think I’m going to slowly attempt to do the whole set, but only the one ounce silver, no proofs, no fractionals…

I like those early Libs too. I just like the design so much better than the newer ones. Think they changed it in the low to mid 1990s if I remember correctly. I danced around the idea of doing a set of those myself but there are other coins on my radar as well. Wish I had unlimited funds. 🙄

Most all of the changes happened in the 90s, I think the current design dates from right around 2000…
