Italy 50 Cent 2002 – Major Mint Error? No Face, Blurry Design, Weak "R" Mintmark

Hello fellow collectors!
I would appreciate your opinion on this unusual 50 cent euro coin from Italy, dated 2002.
⚠️ The coin shows several notable minting errors:
The rider (Marcus Aurelius) is missing facial details – no eyes, no mouth
Major blurry/damaged area above the head
Almost unrecognizable central design
Weak stars, unclear "R" mintmark
Strange metal texture under magnification
