US 1759(1999) Martha Washington Pattern Dollar "N" and "N" J2185 NGC MS65

This neat looking pattern is up for auction today at Heritage
I believe the Pattern designation has changed since it was encapsulated.
There also is the regular J2185 in NGC MS65 available in the same auction that will be posted.
I noticed a definite color difference between the 2 - Almost like it is 2 different compositions?
