DCAM Grading Inquiry

I have this 1959 Proof Dime, that looks to be DCAM on the obverse. For the reverse, for it to get the DCAM designation, will it need that black mirror look? This would be nice to know before sending some in that I have.

One sided cameos are fairly common in that era. Personally, I would not send it in because it wouldn't even make Cam at PCGS. You wouldn't cover the grading fees unless it made 69 (which I don't think it will).
