1941 10C Mercury Dime DDO-002 [?]

I'm provenly bad at identifying doubling, but I am pretty sure this is 194110C DDO-002... Assuming it is, I now have both 1941 Mercury Dime DDOs.

Is that mechanical doubling on the LI, Y, bottom of the bust...? All the examples I saw had similar doubling, but I would otherwise say looks like mechanical doubling...
