What happened to this 2000 ASE? MS69

What are these spots that formed on my 2000 AS Eagle. NGC graded at MS69. I know that I would not have bought it looking like this. Slab was stored in my safe, in a closet, in a coin case holder with my other coins. We keep the house cool and closed. I do not see any cracks or breaches... Other coins are not showing this (Thank God!)
Let me know your thoughts. Thanks

Milk spots.

Thank you.
What did you think the "MS" in MS69 stood for? Milk Spots! 😆
They sure are annoying to say the least. Certain silver coins are very susceptible to developing them - many SEs, as happened with yours, as well as earlier Maple Leafs, for example.
