Submitting coins to PCGS in Oklahoma next month

I will be submitting a few coins to PCGS at the World's Fair of Money show in Oklahoma next month, to be graded and sent back to me by mail several weeks after the show. I’ve never submitted at a show before, so help me be prepared please.
I will have completed the appropriate PCGS submission form, and I will have my coins in labelled mylar holders held together by rubber bands. Do I need to wrap the coins in bubble wrap or prepare them in any other way?
For payment, is better to attach a check to the PCGS submission form or to write a CC number on the form?
Do I need to do anything else, other than hand the form and coins to the PCGS rep?
