2019 mint set and proof set packaging:
Does someone recall how the Mint issued the envelopes which contained the West Point cents?
Did they distribute them inside the box marked 19RJ?

The Lincoln Cents came in a separate envelope for both the aforementioned Uncirculated Set as well as the Proof Set and Silver Proof Set in 2019. I put the small envelope the came in (sealed ) in a small zip lock type holder for protection. I still have my two 2019 sets of the 19RJ unopened, and the cents were in the outer package with the sealed uncirculated coin sets.
