Cincinnati coin show this weekend

The Cincinnati numismatic association will host their annual show this weekend at the Sharonville convention center exit 15 off I75 just north of the city very near the I275 interchange.
Early birds are welcome Thursday afternoon at 3 and public on Friday and Saturday at 10AM. Educational presentation by Bob Evans of SS Central America shipwreck fame, YN program, President Lincoln, a raffle and an exciting bourse awaits you. This is a vibrant regional show worthy of you consideration.
Coins Plus will be there at table 913-914, just turn right after entering and go to the wall. Stop by and introduce yourself.

Q: When does a collector become a numismatist?
A: The year they spend more on their library than their coin collection.
A numismatist is judged more on the content of their library than the content of their cabinet.

I’ve only heard good things about this show!
When I lived in Ohio, it was a must attend, worth every minute of the 3 hr drive when it used to be held in Erlanger KY.
I acquired one of my centerpieces there oh so many years ago:
I went to this show many times years ago. I always thought that it was a good show. My want list is so small now that it is just too far for me. Please post show reports.
This show has been growing over the last few years. Please consider attending if you are able.
If you do please come by tables 913-14 to say hello!

Will anyone be there taking photos?
What a show!
Attendance record.
My sales the best ever for this event. Many other dealers with similar results.
No photos as that’s a no, no on most bourse floors.
Fridays buzz was like being inside a hornets nest. Saturday not nearly as many attendees but the ones who stopped at my table spent money. Stayed to nearly the, not so bitter end.
Next year’s show will be the first week of June. Plan on being here as this is an up and coming regional show.

Very good news for all involved.
Tried to go and couldn’t make it happen. Glad it was a success.
BHNC #248 … 130 and counting.
Had a great time visiting Saturday but some local highway traffic basically stole an hour of my time getting there.
Great variety of dealers and material. I took my son for the first time and he had a great time between the elongated penny and shilling demos and the SS Central America presentation (I didn't catch a name, but the guy working that was amazing with kids!).
As a side collector of Cincinnati Industrial Expo items, I also found that exhibit very interesting!
Where was it held in Erlanger? How long ago was that?
I used to attend the show in the mid-late 1990’s. If I recall it was in large plaza with a hotel, etc., just off I-75, with a brewery and hall, on the grounds or nearby.
In Erlanger it was held at the Drawbridge Inn. Gone a long time now. MUCH better venue now.
Bob Evans, the curator for the Central America group was hosting the table. Yes, you met THE LEGEND!
I75 northbound traffic was a b…h. Thanks to everyone who attended. I would like to see many more of you next year!
Pnies20, you would have been stopped at the border and denied entry! 🤪

Seems like several different hobbies used that place for key shows before going on to bigger and better things!
Right now it's just a pile of dirt...soon to be a retirement community!
Thanks for naming him Brad! He was such a nice guy and amazing with the little kids who curiously walked up - on top of the cool display.
Lot of history to be found about him! https://www.bing.com/videos/riverview/relatedvideo?q=bob+evans+uss+central+america&mid=601CFB068507828C1DD9601CFB068507828C1DD9&FORM=VIRE
