I'm surprised that got an ms64 grade.
Looks pretty damn nice to me.

Zoom in....The eagle is scraped to hell. Maybe die striations but it is a defect in my book. Strike is weak with the obverse stars and eagle talons flat. Toning is dark which is another demerit.
What is the price?
If you are referring to the slightly diagonal, parallel lines on both obverse and reverse then these are commonly known as roller marks. A number of coinage issues from this time period are fairly common with them and they are as-made from the US Mint. You may not like them aesthetically, but the TPGs don't treat them as scrapes, gouges, hits or other PMD.
I'd also imagine if you follow the link that ParadimeCoins has included for the coin that you will find their price.

Absolutely.
Here is a set of photos (taken in 2024):

Those are planchet adjustment marks. You see those quite often on old silver coins.

You are entitled to your opinion of the coin. However, per common standards of decency and long-established forum etiquette on these boards, you are NOT entitled to bash someone's BST offering in their for sale thread. It's just bad form. Now, maybe you don't care about that. I dunno.
As my mama used to say, "if you can't find something nice to say, then don't say anything".
They could have graded it MS65 but MS64+ with CAC approval is a very strong endorsement for this coin.
