Online price guide - non graded

Is there a free online price guide for general prices on commons and minor stars (non graded)? Or is the paid Beckett the best option?

I'm not a big card collector as a focus but besides the tedious job of checking eBay "sold" items?
How about:
Market Movers Mobile App
Available on iOS and Android, and free to download from the App Store and Google Play
Lets you perform unlimited basic ("high-level") searches for card values without a subscription.
Now there's gonna be someone who doesn't approve of this one vs others - I just heard of this one on YouTube but there are others for sure - if you just get an "idea" of value - it's a start.
Best of luck.
PS: was thinking - how about COMC - look up sale history.
You should spend the 6 bucks and buy a copy of the physical Beckett magazine. You'll thank yourself later.
Beckett has been tracking card prices for the past 50 years, or so.
Having the reference in print, frozen in time, is a great resource.
This is a chart of Jack Morris' 1978 Topps RC card price history.
The first 4 price points are Beckett high. The high price for a Near Mint card.
Beckett high and low is the range for a near mint card.
The last price point is from PSA's price guide. It's the PSA 9 price. The PSA 10 price was 700 dollars. kek
Looks like Jack Morris exploded in the 2010s
I don't know who runs Beckett now. It's possible there has been tons of turnover and the old guard is gone.
Good idea on physical copy.
Past performance is no guarantee of future results
It's the singer not the song - Peter Townshend (1972)
eBay has a 3 month memory.
