It's a beautiful spotless coin in hand. It does have frost but I have never owned a graded cameo.
I hope these images are OK.

If your images are anywhere close to accurate, the coin has approximately a zero chance for a Cameo designation. What about it prompted your to ask?

Kind of harsh to say that but I'm in agreement. The coin would not be a Cameo.

In hand it has frosty devices. I have my camera back up and running. I still need to tweak it and the lighting.
These images came out way to dark.
I haven't handled a Franklin half cameo. In fact I haven't seen one in person.
Even if it's not a cameo it's still an immaculate coin.
    I like it.

If it has frosty devices it would have made more sense to wait until you could show that, before asking for opinions. Even if you’ve never seen a Cameo in person there are plenty of opportunities to view an immense nunber of images of them.

Cell images look better than my cameras. I need to adjust it.
Just took these. They show a bit of contrast.

@Morgan13 Here's a photo of my 1962 Franklin that PCGS considered to be Cameo for reference

@johnhenry9009 thank you. That looks like a nice original coin.
I added a couple more images.
My cell phone camera is working better than my camera. It was tucked away for 3 moths.
Just took it out last weekend.

Thanks for the newer photos and I want to say that your 62 wouldn't get the cam designation but it really depends on how strong the frost is on the high points and where it's graded (PCGS, NGC ANACS) do to differing standards of what constitutes as Cameo and Deep Cameo.
Because in the first set of photos your franklin looks very clean (as you stated) but it lacks the necessary frost on the devices (high points) to be a Cam. While the second set appears to have frost that would allow for the Cam (IMO) but the photos are slightly hazy for me at least which makes it difficult to determine whether or not the "frost" is caused by the lighting or on the coin itself as it seems to mix with the field.

    Get a hobby.
    So I got one.
    I'm enjoying it.
Just looking to keep it light and fun.
I have a simple collection. It's the best I can afford.
I guess I have to take my lumps when I am called out on a mistake.
It's a little embarrassing I can tell you that.
As far as the images go I did my best in my second attempt to show the contrast.
