Washington Quarter specialists: Re: 1964 D Type C reverses

Do either of these 2 1964 D Washington Quarters have a Type C Reverse. I thought it had to do with the Arrow tips being higher and separated and the A in DOLLAR not touching and the bottom of the S in STATES higher, but looking on CoinFacts it appears that not to be so. Confused. I appreciate your opinions.

    Thank you, but what exactly are the requirements. I used the chart below, which must be incorrect. Right? It shows a gap between the leaf tip and the A in dollar, but I've read it must touch the A in dollar.

    Don't use that chart for Type C. The tail feathers are the key. I'll leave that for you as your homework assignment to research.

    No look at tailfeathers or most 1965 quarters for comparison
