While 4SC used to matter to PSA I am sure they couldn’t care less about them anymore. TCG dwarves the sports side of the business and they no longer need or want large submitters that sub a bunch of commons with small up charge potential. They have pretty much abandoned the registry - so backlogged on new sets that little to no chance to get HOF subsets for stuff like OPC if not already there. 4SC is pretty much a consignment shop now.
Brad31 is right about 4SC. I noticed their store selection has dropped dramatically from the last 2 years. Their consignment model is probably more profitable at this point.
