Do any of you have an idea how many of each were minted?

There are 2 known 1/2 reales and about 13 to 15 known 1 reales that still exist.

I was curious since 13 to 15 of the 1760 Colombia 1 reales still exist but the mintage must have been very low.

Would 250 to 500 be reasonable guess for the 1760 Colombia 1 real (how many they minted)? Or higher?

    No.

I'd guess in the vicinity of the 1760 Chile 1/2R, 1R, and 4R.

Also look at the mintages for the Chile 8R. Not low, just an almost zero survival date.

For some reason, the survival rate on Chile coinage is much lower.
