Definitely not a Mint made product. Just look at the digits, especially the numeral 5. Just doesn’t look right.
Definitely fake. I would say cast from those raised dots. Another in the O of One.

Fake.
It might be a struck counterfeit from a die cast from a real coin. Sometimes a real coin may have some raised pimples if the die was improperly store and became rusted. This happened to some dies at the New Orleans mint which had a very warm and humid climate conducive to rusting steel.

Bad, but amongst other things the 5 in the date was the first giveaway to me.
Die struck. Typical "Chinese" appearance. Silver plated at best.
