Trying to identify this silver coin. 4.8g, about 25mm, holed, looks clipped. Is it a Abbasi?
Can anyone tell me the ruler, mint, KM#, or any other identifying information?

It's looks like Nader Afshar abbasi, mint name is Mashhad. Date is 1145 AH. https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces62335.html

It is not abbasi denomination, but according to weight, it is 4 shahi.
Yes a 4 shahi, got it, from the Numista link also. I like using Numista too.
