    I was lucky???
The 1st x sold all my coins that she received to the LCS where I was a fixture. I then bought most of them back. Lost a few bucks but I got them back
The 2nd didn't take any coins, the value was used to offset other expenses.

Thats tough man. Hopefully there isn't a 3rd x. Oof.

God comes first in everything I do. I’m dedicated to serving Him with my whole life. Coin collecting is just a hobby—but even in that, I seek to honor Him. ✝️

...seriously. I still had to declare what was left of my coin collection. It was offset by the jewelry that was purchased (not gifted), so we called it a "mulligan" and moved on. Ours was more about splitting debt than stuff... although she also ended up with the house...

...but I'm not BITTER or anything...

    ;)

How stupid were you to actually trust a women when money was involved? I never let my wife know what my coin collection was worth and when we got divorced all I told the attorney is all I got is $500 dollars value.

And how sexist your sound, not to mention, apparently, dishonest.

I've tried to avoid this thread because of how unpleasant many of the opinions expressed have been.

But I'm not at all surprised to see such a disturbing opinion expressed with such a lack of eloquence as that issued by @Steven59 .

Looks like she cosigned to a shop.
Offer her forty cents on the dollar.

I wpould wager that is more than the dealer that she sold them to offered her!
