Based on the photo, i don't think it'll CAC due to the chatter on the neck, the frost breaks on the cheekbone, and the mark that looks like a scratch in the obverse field below the chin.
I was looking at the coin in a shop today. The coin fortunately has the True view images.
I like the coin as a 65+, but it has way too much going on to be anywhere near a 67. Liberty shouldn’t have severe acne scars at that grade.
This should be a coin that goes back to pcgs for their guarantee to kick in.
From the TV it appears to be very nice for a CC as so many are baggy. Depending on how that mark under the chin looks in hand I think it has a shot, 50/50.

67 is generous
Nice coin though.
I'm not too thrilled with the rims, 12:00 to 3:00 on the obverse and 2:00 on the reverse

I'd guess 66.
A lot of time if you're asking this question, you can also ask, "if I bought the coin sight unseen and this arrived, would I be thrilled with it?" If the answer is yes, it has a good chance of stickering. If the answer is either, "I'd return it" or "it's just OK" then it probably won't sticker. I think case I fall in the "it's just OK" camp. While JA states that he stickers coins that are solid for the grade, what he's really going for are coins that few collectors would ever reject (for reasons other than preference).

Looking at the TrueView I give it a 66
