1970 Roosevelt Dime Reverse of 1968?

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if this dime might be CONECA RDV-002 which is the reverse of 1968.

Looking at the cherry pickers guide it looks like it might be FS-10-1970-901

The details on the torch flames seem to be more detailed than the common circulation. I know that the reverse die was primarily used on PROOF coins but according to the guide it is also known for 3 circulation dates 1969, 1970 and 1970 D

Correct. The 1970 is common, so it is not worth any premium in that condition. The 1969 is the harder one to find.
