Heritage shipping times

We get lots of complaints on the board so I wanted to post something positive.

I just won a few items in a heritage auction, and was amazed at how quickly they shipped. I paid the day after the auction, and expected to wait a little while for shipment. They actually mailed the coins the same day I paid by e-check.

Looks like Heritage has done a great job improving their shipping dept.

Agreed. They’ve shipped a few times to me, even before I paid. No complaints here.

I haven't been active lately, but pre-Covid and during Covid I found Heritage to be very fine with shipping times and the packaging of bills, which are more difficult to ship IMO than coins.

No problems with the speed of shipment or how they shipped it packing-wise.

I suspect the only issues are related to when the entire auction and all lots are taken to a major show for viewing with or without a live auction there.
