Hello everyone! Unused MOST sealed stamps for sale.

I have quite the collection of sealed USPS stamps and multiple copies not in USPS Packaging of everything pictured. These are all for sale, i’m also inquiring on accurate pricing. I’m sure unused stamps are 30 to 40% below face value? Is that accurate? Also, do the sealed in USPS packaging add any premium to anything? All pictures are posted below in comment section.

    Being sealed in the USPS packaging definitely adds a little value (but not much) and marketability.
