I’ve seen quite of a few with the scale design side but haven’t seen any with this reverse. Is this worth any premium or more like silver? Thanks for any input!

To the right person, yes probably a little bit of a premium... I'd like to own it as I collect silver trade units.
As a store card of sorts, I think it is probably quite rare. Someone who collects New Jersey would probably be willing to pay a decent premium for it. I do not personally know any such person, however.
My specialty is Colorado silver rounds. If this were a Colorado silver round of similar rarity it would probably bring over $100. As a New Jersey piece, I don't know but I would guess $40 to $45.
