This has been a work in progress for some time to restore the missing outer frame. I had a very strong lead on a replacement from a dealer, which mysteriously evaporated. Time to move on.
$550.00 + shipping (Priority Flat Rate box = $10.60) This is one of those Dollars that PCGS graded very conservatively in that time frame. 😎
