New Orleans $10 "Dixie" note

Obsolete notes are a new passion for me. There are just so many of them out there, and many are beautiful works of art and pretty affordable. However, there are a few that are in high demand and are quite pricey. I finally picked up an 1860's New Orleans, Louisiana $10 "Dixie" note from the Citizens Bank of Louisiana. Pretty much considered the Holy Grail of US obsoletes, so I was pretty stoked to come across this gorgeous, gem example and had to show it off a bit!

Fantastic note. I bet it’s low pop too. Really like obsoletes. Beautiful bold color and certainly a smart buy.
