1991 D dime full bands

So I was looking though some coins and found this. I believe it’s a 91-D with full bands but I think it’s also off centered with some doubling. I’m new to this entire community and learning more each day.

I would love to have other’s opinions on what they see in these pictures. Not sure if I’m missing anything but your comments are all welcomed.

On coin-facts I only see one other coin that was graded and sold for just over $1,000

I’m thinking of sending this in for grading what does everyone else think, should I send it in or would it be a waste of money?
