Finicky Guarantee

Holy cow! Listing 100 year old cards with no creases as Good to Very Good condition and still getting returns from the “guarantee department” is ridiculous lol

You literally have to list non mint cards as poor to avoid getting it returned it seems.

I had a similar return on a 110 year old card. It had paper loss on the back, so I listed it as "good" and someone in the guarantee department seemed to think that I had overgraded it and rejected it to prevent it from being sent to the customer. I then decided to send it in to PSA and it received a... PSA 2. I guess the funny part of the story is that it sold for triple when I auctioned it off as a graded card. Go figure.
