Option to change TrueView Images?

When looking at older threads on here, I see some members mentioning they could contact PCGS and request a different TrueView image for their coins. Is that still possible today? I take pics right before I send my coins to get graded and you can see the difference below.

I had done this in the past, but the only option was to use photos taken by PCGS. So, if they took multiple images of the coin in question it would be possible to have PCGS swap out one of their images for another of their images. However, this was an informal service request and they did not always have an acceptable replacement image.
The person who did this for me at PCGS is no longer with the company and I don’t know if PCGS would still accommodate this request.
