1983 D Penny With Hexagonal Raised Spiral Marks

I'd like to share my very rare coin in the forum.
It seems like only 7 hexagonal raised spiral marked coin has been found so far.

They look like die scratches.
The shape is a little irregular - octagonal near the center of the die and more circular farther from the center.

I think this could be an artifact from the reduction lathe process, or from machining the master hub or from the machining of a blank hub or blank die block.
