Wanted to complement PSAs Mechanical Error staff and process (and 1 criticism of the slab)

I had 2 mechanical errors to send in.
One was the wrong year on the slip, and the other was the slip had moved out of position in the slab.
PSA responded to my report the next day, and provided the shipping label.
Both cards were completed within a week and promptly shipped back to me.
Couldn't ask for better service, so thank you PSA.

My criticism applies to the slab itself.
The oversized slab insert that surrounds the card is so "wrinkley" and is distracting. It just looks cheap.
I would think that by now, with what PSA is charging and earning, a better solution would have been found.

You don't see that with SGC Oversized slabs. Smoother cleaner look.

I'm glad you pointed out the oversized slab I was going to send some for SGC to do but that's way too big of a slab for that Pete Rose card.. wasted space

They only have the one size with differing insert cutouts IIRC. Personally I love the uniformity and they fit very nicely in a standard size comic book box ("short box")

I prefer the Beckett size slabs for my oversized autographs they get them pretty much spot on.
