Coin Collection Database Tool in Google Sheets

I got the basis for most of this through Fiverr and then the paid ChatGPT version has helped me tweak things to help specifically tailor some things that are important to me.
I know most of us use simple Excel sheets, but this is a essentially the same thing but with some glorified statistics and checks to make sure that you aren't entering some things erroneously through the Coin Entry tab. It also automatically fetches and calculates gold and silver prices that I am currently using just for bullion, but plan on having it autopopulate silver and gold weight content for numismatic coins as well so I can see total melt value of everything in my collection and then also numismatic value.
The Coin Types and Subtypes dropdowns can easily be added to or changed to suit your collection.
The graphs on the Dashboard tab will automatically start to populate as you enter your collection and you can see the breakdown of your collection across coin types, coin subtypes, denomination, etc, as well as the highest valued coin.
It automatically backs up every month with manual backup options under the "Coin Tools" option in the tool bar.
If it is a certified coin, it autogenerates a link the verify the certification (you locate this by starting to type the coin in in the Coin Entry tab and selecting the one you want, then hit "Load" and "View Certification")
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a way to automatically bring in the PCGS or NGC picture of the coin into the spreadsheet yet.
As a bonus, the Coin Entry tab automatically sends everything over to the Coin Database tab, which will look like most of everyone's current Excel sheets and you can export that or do anything else you want with it.
I've started messing the Currency Entry and Database tabs, but I don't have as much paper, so that has taken a back seat for now.
ChatGPT is powerful and has helped me do so much with this. It's pretty close to perfect in my eyes with just some minor tweaks here and there that I am finding throughout using it that I have been easily able to fix with ChatGPT.
One major thing that is NOT present in the current version is COIN SALES because I am a casual collector and don't particularly care to track my sales. HOWEVER, this is something that could easily be added and I would envision that I would create a new "Coin Sales" tab and when going to delete the coin from inventory, I could create a prompt to make a sales price and date mandatory (and you could even include the buyer if you wanted). Then you would basically have a "Coins I have" sheet and a "Coins I used to have" sheet, all containing valuable insight.
I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel, but I do like the data validation upon entry and then the visualization of my collection.
Full Disclosure: Since it is a copy of my Spreadsheet (I didn't want to publicly post my entire collection for obvious reasons), there might be some formulas or something that are broken, If someone wants to truly use this and comes across something broken, I can very likely fix it pretty easily. Also, the Sheet may pop up and tell you something about needing permissions for scripts. I think this is due to the automatic backup feature and will save a copy of the spreadsheet every month and write over the last backup. If anyone is sketched out by that, I think I can get rid of that feature and it won't need that access. But I figure Google already knows everything about me, so I am fine with whatever it says it's doing.
If anyone wants to use it, feel free. Or if someone has ideas on how to improve it (besides the sales features...I'm getting there!), let me know. There's so many cool things that can be done with this that I am still exploring.
I put a few examples of coins in there just so people can experiment with how it works.

And some mostly redacted screenshots of how it aggregates and displays some of your collection on the Dashboard tab.
this looks amazing!
I'm a novice/beginner with Excel so it will take me some time to understand this, but thank you for taking the time to share it.
