EU / German Facility...wen?

Hey all, i'm sitting on alot of raw ohtani as an american living in Germany.

I read that PSA are expanding with a facility planned for EU in Germany. I am too nervous to ship my cards internationally, so would prefer to drop them off.

Any idea when this might happen?

Any further info on the planned location - I believe it is just a submission center, cards will still get graded in the USA?

How will shipping/return work with VAT I wonder.

    No one has any info on this?

    here is what i found online so far:

    1. they have evaluated EU demand
    2. they found Germany as the best EU location for PSA
    3. new location would be a submission facility
    4. When - no clue, maybe this year sometime?

    Thats all the info I have so far, anyone else? I'm super excited as I'm sitting on a PC waiting to get graded but no way i'm shipping it stateside myself, would love to drop it off at a submission center or maybe ship it there.
