Old counterfeit overstrike from Netherlands East Indies?

I think I have a counterfeit 1 Cent coin from Netherlands East Indies. The date looks a bit funky, perhaps an overstrike 5 over 3 or 3 over 5 making it 1850 or 1830. These would appear to be out of range according to Numista entry...

Can this be a counterfeit? Ironically, are such counterfeits collectible?

Ah yes. I believe you are correct @Rexford. The numista specimen is also 1839. The 9 is indeed very exaggerated with the lower glyph completely under the dateline. The 3 is also funky in the numista specimen.
