When you hand over a submission at an event they almost always mark it as received (in "my orders") the same or next day 
Rather than take 3-5 week to do the same, I do wish PSA will seek to emulate their sister division in that regard. it goes a loooong way in reducing client/customer anxiety (in knowing they have your submission and is now insured as such) and inspire confidence in the brand.

I agree. Appreciate that as well. Turned something in on the weekend and Monday it showed as received. Nice to have the clock start when you submit it.
100% agree, dropped off at PSA at a show. The received took so long I started to email to see if they had my order
