What would you grade this one? Note that the plastic case does not say "Uncirculated."
This one has very nice toning on the right 1/3 of the obverse.

High end 64, perhaps 64+. Unfortunately located contact marks with some depth hold it back from gem for me, but nice looking coin.

Might make 64
"When they can't find anything wrong with you, they create it!"
Yeah, relatively clean cheek but a little chatter on the neck and the marks that are there are pretty deep... the reverse looks gem to me... 64 for me too...

MS62 due to the reeding marks on the portait.
I agree with 64+/65.
Id go 64
4 no plus due to fang marks on face

Why do you need four threads? Couldn't you have posted all four coins in one thread?
Just sayin'
people wouldn't get past the op if posted in more than 1 reply, and with 7 and all the pics many people wouldn't hassle with them
and it's slow. a 7 spice is ok on my side. meh

(Seven threads.)
70ish photos in one thread? Too confusing for everyone. Plus, comments are organized by coin.

Thank you everyone! I really appreciate your help and your honest opinions. I will try to come up with fair (and negotiable) prices for these GSA CC Morgans, and will offer them here in the next day or two. Thanks again!
I'll agree with the 64, maybe 64+ like others.
You have a VAM-5A.
62, just because of the reed marks

When the CC GSA holders say 'Silver Dollar' only, it isn't necessarily because they are not uncirculated. The perceived 'downgrade' is due to some toning going on in many cases. In the 70's, tarnish/toning was not in favor.
Some of those toned 'Silver Dollars' can go for big bucks nowadays, depending...
my vote is ms63
