Looks like a die break on the reverse above "STATES OF"?

I want to price this properly when I sell this and a handful of other CC Morgans in the next week or so)....

Fairly solid 63.

OP: that’s a die crack above “STATES” with another above ITED of “UNITED”. Pretty common on 1881-CC GSA’s. It’s also a VAM but I don’t know the # nor rarity. Grade would be 63, imo.
