1979 Canadian 1 Cent Coin With strange Mark On Rim?

Can someone help me what these indentatation marks on the rim are?
I have more of the same and also see these indentation marks on Us and other foreign coins as well

    Seeing that there is more than one the same, I am going to say that it is a Collar Clash.

    It happened during ejection from the dies. Look closely at the date and notice the flat shelf doubling.
